Because all of our products are customised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
To help avoid this, we're happy to work closely with you before production begins to ensure your item is made exactly the way you want. If you have specific requests or need help finalising your design, just reach out - we're here to help!
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theprintdhome@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and work with you to make it right.
Please triple-check all customisation details and shipping information before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds for errors made during checkout.

Cancellations may be accepted within 8 hours of placing your order. After that, production has usually begun and we're unable to offer cancellation.

If we've made an error or your item arrives damaged and we've approved the return, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label and clear return instructions.
