What is the shipping policy?

Dispatch and Delivery Times:

  • All orders are designed, made, and packed Monday through Sunday, and dispatched Monday to Friday.
  • We aim to ship all orders within 1 - 3 business days. Please allow up to an additional 7 business days during sales, product launches, or holiday periods.
  • Couriers may contact you to confirm delivery details. If they are unable to reach you, return shipping fees may apply.
  • Shipping delays can occur due to customs clearance or courier issues. The Print'd Home are not responsible for any delays once your order has been handed over to the courier.

Missing Deliveries:

  • The Print'd Home is not responsible for missing or stolen parcels. Please ensure you provide a safe and secure delivery location when placing your order, as we’re unable to offer refunds for parcels delivered to the address provided.
  • If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible - we’ll do our best to contact the courier and request a redirection before the parcel is delivered.
  • If your parcel appears to be missing, we recommend contacting the courier directly for proof of delivery. If the issue remains unresolved after doing so, feel free to reach out to us at theprintdhome@gmail.com and we’ll do what we can to assist.

Damaged Deliveries:

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us at theprintdhome@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage as soon as possible. This helps us assess the issue quickly and work on a resolution for you.
When will my order ship?

All orders are made, packed and shipped from our studio in Queensland, Australia. Dispatch timeframes are based on AEST business days and public holidays.

Every single product is made to order, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days rom the time your order is placed.

During peak periods - such as holidays, sales, or busy seasons - please allow up to an additional 7 business days for dispatch. We appreciate your patience as we handcraft each item with care.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. This link will take you to our courier's website where you can view real-time updates on your delivery.

You can also copy your tracking number directly into the Australia Post website to check the status.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Simply enter your shipping details, and the final shipping cost will appear before you make payment.
